Our Policies.

We do our very best to deliver quality products for you to treasure.
We have a few ground rules, though. If you don’t want or need to read the whole thing, here is the quick and dirty rundown:

1.) Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We don’t start working on your order until you pay for it.

2.) We can ship any way you like. But standard shipping doesn’t include insurance or a tracking number.Please contact us if you have specific shipping requests.

3.) Once our item is released to the post office, we are no longer liable for it. We pack it safely, but the post office doesn’t always play nice. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order when you open it up.

4.) International shipping can be way tricky. When you pay for shipping overseas that only covers the U.S. delivering to your home country. Once there, it may have to go through customs or other inspections, which can delay delivery. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about this. You may also have to pay a tax when you receive your package. Again, that’s unfortunately out of our control. So sometimes it takes longer that either you or we want. We ask that you wait 6 weeks before we call it lost and send you a replacement.

5.) We love to hear from you. If there’s a problem, please contact us before you leave public feedback so we can respond and make it right. And we’re happy to leave you great feedback, too.
